I LOVED it!!

I absolutely loved Something About Lorelei by Sandi Lynn. You will fall in love with Lorelei and Hope and as much as you will hate Jack at first, you will love him too. I was not able to put this book down and devoured it as soon as I got it.
Lorelei is a single mom who due to tragedy is raising her 7 year old daughter Hope by herself with the help of her best friend Stella and her parents. She has been without a job for 2 months and was thrilled to get a job at Sutton Magazine. She did not let the fact that the CEO, Jack Sutton, had a reputation for being mean and running off all of his PA’s. Jack’s attitude is almost comical and you will be rolling at how Lorelei puts him in his place. Jack lets it be known that he doesn’t like children and he thinks women are for his pleasure. He will toss them out without a second thought. That was until he met Lorelei. She made him have more than second thoughts. Lorelei knows that Jack is some kind of trouble, but even knowing all this about Jack, he was sexy as sin and made her feel things and want to do things that she hasn’t done in over 7 years.
I loved watching the characters transform and become the fantastic leading characters that Sandi Lynn is known for. You will want to scream and claw Jack’s eyes out and then you will cry and swoon. I loved everything about this book!

Confused by reviews

Either the reviewers on here are friends, paid, or have never read a well written book. This book was similar to what one of my HS students would turn in. Mostly dialogue except when the narrator gushed out details we could have discovered on our own. The characters were 2D at best. I hate leaving a negative but I also hate having spent money on this because it was so highly rated when it was, in fact, bad.

I love this book. The main characters were fantastic. It made you smile and I just kept reading because i so wanted to see him fall and just how he would get her to see him for what he was capable of. I am never disappointed with Sandi. I stopped everything to read this book and I say I have a new book boyfriend,

Another Great and Informative Book

I really liked the colorful book cover on Deborah's latest book “Acupuncture Points”. Also, I am so pleased that she has chosen a nice large font. It makes it so easy to read. The graphics are absolutely amazing. They are so clear and easy to understand. Obviously, it must require a great deal of research and training to write a book of this type. She must have spent many months completing it. I gave this book a 5 star rating.
This is the 4th book I have purchased by this author. Her books have been so helpful. I am very interested in learning how to have good health without the use of prescription drugs. Her books always give good suggestions about how accomplishing this.
Keep up the good work and write another book soon.

Great Reference

I think this is a good reference for patients to have a hold of when they are already familiar with acupuncture.

It is set up according to the meridians and covers every point, which could be overwhelming for a newcomer. I believe there is a market for a shorter version of this book as an introduction - the 25 most used points for acupressure or something like that would be a great reference for people getting started.

That being said, it is well thought out, well illustrated and obvious that a lot of heart and soul was poured into it.

The author is an incredibly compassionate attorney who is sought after for her immigration skills and insight. This book is short and to the point and is an excellent guide for both immigrants and US companies alike.

The fact that there are many talented people from around the world who would love to bring their skills and experience to the USA probably isn't a big surprise, and neither is the fact that this is quite difficult for them to immigrate here. What might be surprising, and should be worrying is that because of these boundaries the US is beginning to fall behind in attracting the kind of global talent that creates companies like Levi Strauss, Yahoo!, and Ebay. Tahmina Watson does an excellent job of providing background on American immigration policy, showing how countries such as Canada, the UK, Italy, New Zealand, Chile, and many others have developed programs to attract entrepreneurs, and then giving a concrete explanation of how the US could do the same.
